Damian Lazarus returns to Crosstown Rebels with ‘Sunrise Generation’

DJ and producer Damian Lazarus returns to his imprint Crosstown Rebels with his latest single, ‘Sunrise Generation’. This emotive track, featuring singer-songwriter Fink, marks the label’s head first solo release in over a year.

The new single pays homage to the magical moments of dawn and sunrise gatherings. Lazarus explains: “I wanted this track to express that beautiful moment we share just as the sun comes up and presents us with new opportunities, new beginnings, new love. It feels great to release a new solo record of hope and joy after some time in the darkness.”

Norwegian talent Meera adds depth to the track with a remix, layering textures, and rhythms over Fink’s vocals.

This release further showcases Lazarus’ skill in creating emotive soundscapes that deeply connect with audiences, following his high-profile remixes and collaborations, including a Grammy-nominated track with Diplo and Jungle.
