The Chemical Brothers co-member Tom Rowlands has created an evocative soundtrack for ‘M: Son of the Century,’ a new historical drama series about fascism in Italy. The soundtrack has been released through Milan.

The atmospheric ‘M: Son of the Century (Original Series Soundtrack)’ bridges past and present, as Rowlands crafts a sonic landscape blending contemporary electronic elements with classical instrumentation.

The eight-part series ‘M: Son of the Century,’ directed by Joe Wright and featuring a commanding performance by Luca Marinelli, delves deep into one of history’s darkest chapters. The narrative examines Benito Mussolini’s iron-fisted rule over Italy from 1922 to 1943—a period that witnessed the dangerous proliferation of fascist ideologies across the globe.
