VNTM concludes ‘Open Source’ series with final chapter

Featuring five tracks that blend raw techno with ethereal atmospherics.

VNTM has unveiled the final chapter of his ‘Open Source’ series. ‘The Rush (Open Source:12’)  marks both the culmination of this project and a significant milestone in the artist’s creative evolution.

The new five-track EP stands as a testament to VNTM’s artistic vision, blending raw techno elements with ethereal atmospherics and emotionally charged arrangements.

Reflecting on this final installment, VNTM shares, “To conclude this first ‘Open Source’ project, I wanted to create an EP that showcases the full spectrum of the project. These five tracks represent the depths of my live set and the range I use when performing on stage. ‘Intuition’ is a very personal piece where I often questioned whether it was too this or too that. Embracing the fact that it features a unique melody that doesn’t quite fit into any specific category led to an internal confrontation I had to face. I believe the outcome reflects 100% of me and my signature sound, and I’m happy to play it at every gig!”

VNTM’s artistry comes alive in his immersive live performances. His signature sound—a blend of dark, uplifting, and nostalgic elements—has earned acclaim through releases on labels like Afterlife, DAYS like NIGHTS, Second State, and Spectrum.
