Skream and Partiboi69 drop high-energy collaboration ‘Pound Town’

Skream and Partiboi69 have joined forces to release ‘Pound Town’ on HARD Recs.

Combining their distinctive styles, the collaboration emerged from a friendship that began in 2020, with the track conceived during a creative session at Insomniac’s Los Angeles studios between Coachella performances. The result is an electrifying production that features captivating hooks, pulsating basslines, and retro-inspired synth melodies, all complemented by distinctive robotic vocals.

Skream, a UK electronic music veteran, continues innovating across genres with his ‘Skreamizm Vol 8’ LP and CircoLoco Records collaborations. He runs the IFEEL label and Skreamizm events, which feature artists ranging from Moodymann to Eliza Rose. His summer tour spans Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, including appearances at Field Day and Kappa Futurfest.

Partiboi69, the Melbourne-based producer, crafts a blend of breakbeat, acid house, and ghetto-tech in his productions and performances. As head of Mutual Pleasure label, he performs at major events like Movement Detroit and DGTL. Known for innovative shows, including his London self-B2B set, he’s currently touring his Area 69 events throughout Europe and Australia.
