99Solutions expands with HÖR acquisition and twelve x twelve investment

99Solutions GmbH has expanded its operations through the full acquisition of HÖR DOT LIVE GmbH and a strategic investment in Berlin-based FinTech company twelve x twelve.

Founded in 2021, HÖR has grown into one of electronic music’s most recognized independent streaming platforms, known for its daily broadcasts from Berlin and its international community. Under the new ownership structure, HÖR will continue operating as an independent brand while receiving additional support across infrastructure, partnerships, publishing, booking, and label activities.

Alongside the acquisition, 99Solutions has become a shareholder in twelve x twelve, a company focused on connecting music royalties with capital markets. The platform allows rights holders to access liquidity without selling their rights while opening royalty-based investment opportunities to investors.

The two moves further expand 99Solutions’ ecosystem, which already includes publishing, management, studio, and artist development businesses across the European music sector.
