Bilbao BBK Live reveals first wave for 2026 edition

Featuring Richie Hawtin presents DEF EFX XOX, Charlotte de Witte, TOMORA, Soulwax, and more.

Bilbao BBK Live has announced the first wave of artists confirmed for its 2026 edition, set to take place from Thursday, July 9th to Saturday, July 11th at Mount Kobetamendi in Bilbao, Basque Country. The festival returns next summer to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a wide-ranging program spanning international headliners and Spanish talent.

Leading the announcement is Robbie Williams, who will headline the festival with a performance drawing from his extensive catalogue. David Byrne also joins the bill, bringing his live show to Bilbao following recent touring activity. Lily Allen is confirmed to perform ‘West End Girl’ in full, marking a key moment in her return to recording and live appearances.

Electronic music plays a significant role in the 2026 lineup. The festival has confirmed performances by TOMORA, the collaborative project from Tom Rowlands of The Chemical Brothers and Aurora, alongside Soulwax, who bring their hybrid live approach to Mount Kobetamendi. Richie Hawtin will present his DEF EFX XOX live show, while Charlotte de Witte represents the festival’s techno programming as one of the key electronic names in the first announcement.

The lineup continues with Alabama Shakes, Belle and Sebastian, Paris Paloma, Fatoumata Diawara, Apparat, Zaz, Thee Sacred Souls, Mind Enterprises, Folk Bitch Trio, Nu Genea (Live), and more. The first wave also places a strong focus on artists from Spain and the Basque region, including Dani Fernández, Belén Aguilera, La M.O.D.A, Ralphie Choo, Depresión Sonora, Xoel López, Queralt Lahoz, and Yerai Cortés.

Held above the city on Mount Kobetamendi, Bilbao BBK Live has built its identity around a multi-genre program that combines live music, electronic culture, and local artistic scenes. More artists are expected to be announced in the coming months as the festival builds toward its anniversary edition.
