Chris Lake announces debut album ‘Chemistry,’ shares single

The LP will be released on July 11th via Black Book Records.

Chris Lake has unveiled details of his debut album, ‘Chemistry’, following a landmark Day Zero performance at Coachella’s campgrounds—the first of its kind in the festival’s history. During the set, Lake premiered tracks from the upcoming LP, set for release on July 11th, 2025, via his own Black Book Records imprint.

To mark the occasion, Lake also shared the album’s second single, ‘In My Head’ featuring Amber Mark. The track first gained attention during Lake and FISHER’s Hollywood Boulevard set. Blending Lake’s club-ready production with Mark’s soulful delivery, ‘In My Head’ lands just in time for summer festival season.

“This album has been a long time in the making,” says Lake. “It features some really special artists I’ve been lucky enough to work with. ‘In My Head’ has been one of the most requested tracks from my sets—so people can finally stop asking me when it’s coming out.”
