Cocoon Ibiza returns to Amnesia for one night with Sven Väth & Richie Hawtin

Cocoon Ibiza is set to return to its original home, Amnesia, on May 18th, 2025, for a one-night-only celebration led by Sven Väth and Richie Hawtin.

Founded by Sven Väth in the early 2000s, Cocoon revolutionized Ibiza’s club scene. While other venues focused on extravagant shows, Cocoon offered pure, underground techno. It quickly became one of the most influential parties globally.

More than a party, Cocoon was a cultural shift. It humanized techno’s intensity without watering it down, creating a space where dancers could experience deep, driving music with joy rather than pressure. On the dancefloor, smiles replaced stress, and a new generation of clubbers embraced a sound that was immersive and powerfully freeing.
