Double Touch channels Crete residency into new EG mix

Double Touch joins the EG mix series with a session created around the duo’s summer residency at DIO Beach Club in Crete. EG.1078 is now available to stream on SoundCloud.

Inspired by long Mediterranean days, sunsets, and nights by the sea, the mix opens with warm melodies and relaxed rhythms before gradually moving toward the dancefloor. The closing selection, ‘My Paradise’, returns the focus to Double Touch and the setting behind the recording.

Across the session, the duo features music from JUNO, Samm, DSF, Raw Main, Mredrollo, Shouse, CS, Mont Rough, Franc Fala, Benja, Raz Alon, Noir & Haze, Nico De Andrea, and GERSH, alongside four of their own productions.

The project brings together classical pianist and composer Van Anh Nguyen with DJ, drummer, and producer Mark Olsen, combining electronic selections with live piano, percussion, and improvisation.
