Milan’s VOLT Club launches record label with Still.i release

Featuring remixes from Gerd Janson and Echonomist.

Milan’s iconic nightclub VOLT is stepping beyond the dancefloor with the launch of VOLT Recordings, a new independent record label capturing the sonic and cultural essence of the venue.

The imprint’s debut release is the ‘Dance United’ EP by VOLT resident Still.i, whose sound reflects the club’s emotionally rich and tightly curated aesthetic. The rollout begins on May 30th, 2025, with the single ‘Dance United’, accompanied by a remix from Gerd Janson. The second single, ‘The Underdog’, arrives June 13th, alongside a rework from Greek mainstay Echonomist, known for his deep, melodic touch.

“VOLT Recordings was born as a natural extension of the club’s evolution,” the team explains. “It’s a space where our curatorial approach continues beyond the club, guided by the same forward-thinking spirit.”
