Maribou State expand ‘Hallucinating Love’ with demos and remixes

The deluxe edition lands August 21st via Ninja Tune, led by ‘Together Feat. North Downs (Demo)’.

Maribou State have announced a deluxe edition of their third studio album, ‘Hallucinating Love,’ due out on August 21st, 2026, via Ninja Tune.

The expanded release is introduced by ‘Together Feat. North Downs (Demo),’ a track previously available only in Japan. It captures the original version of a song the duo repeatedly tried to develop during the album sessions before deciding that its earliest form retained the strongest character.

“After the trip we spent months trying to produce it up to the standard of the rest of the album, running through around 25 versions, but every pass stripped the essence of what made the original demo work,” they explained.

‘Hallucinating Love Deluxe’ also brings together previously unheard demos and remixes from LOVEFOXY, System Olympia, Myd, Oscar Farrell, and more. The announcement arrives ahead of Maribou State’s headline performance at LIDO on August 31st.
