Nikka Lorak steps into the EG Techno series with EG TECHNO.162, presenting a driving session built around acid lines, heavy percussion, rising tension, and peak-time energy.
The Belgian DJ and producer approaches music through structure, atmosphere, tension, and emotion, drawing on a background in film directing and fashion photography. In 2026, she released the singles ‘Storm’ and ‘Grateful’, toured Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and India, and announced her label Cruel Kind during IMS Ibiza, with a new release, ‘Life Of A Genius,’ coming out soon via Species Records.
As a producer, Lorak describes her developing sound as RockstarTechno, combining cinematic breakdowns and emotional tension with elements of techno and psy-trance. She also curates the radio show ‘Between Flights’.
