Ray Okpara joins EG MINML with live Zurich session

Ray Okpara steps into the EG MINML series with a new session recorded live at Klaus Club in Zurich.

Emerging from the Frankfurt and Mannheim house circles in the late 2000s, Okpara developed a sound shaped by percussion, rolling drums, warm low end, and a stripped-back approach to house music. His catalogue has included releases for Lomidhigh Lmtd, Drumpoet Community, Area Remote, Oslo Records, and Mobilee Records.

After several years in Berlin, he founded Ama Recordings in 2010. The imprint takes its name from his middle name, Amaefule, and has released music from artists including Ema Remedi, Sascha Dive, and Nick Curly.
