Robert Owens & Matt Black join forces on ‘Window Shopping Remixes’

The nine-track collection is now available on all the major platforms.

Musical Directions, the label helmed by Robert Owens, has officially released its new remix package, ‘Window Shopping Remixes.’ The collection offers nine different versions of the  ‘Window Shopping’ track, showcasing Owens’ vocal legacy alongside DJ Matt Black’s contemporary electronic style.

Spanning house, acid tech, and techno, ‘Window Shopping Remixes’ expands on the imprint’s ongoing ‘Naked Part Three’ album series. Highlights include a vocal mix, acappella mix, and an acid tech Mix, each representing the diverse influences that both Owens and Black bring to the project.

Robert Owens, known for pivotal house tracks such as ‘I’ll Be Your Friend,’ continues his legacy through this collaborative release, while Matt Black, credited on labels like Trax Records and Cleveland City Records, brings a modern production approach to the table.
