Thaddeus X returns to Last Cat On Earth with ‘Apnea/Seabed’, a two-track release that showcases his technical precision and evolving sonic identity. Following a series of personal edit remixes, the Dominican-based artist now steers into uncharted waters, offering a hypnotic and immersive experience.

The EP’s opening track, ‘Apnea’, defies its namesake, presenting a pulsating soundscape illuminated by neon-lit chord progressions and a throbbing bassline. Wailing synths, ethereal vocals, and shifting textures coalesce, creating an intense, fluid progression that builds toward an energetic peak.

On the B-side, ‘Seabed’ delivers a lush underwater journey, where deep bass grooves and iridescent synth stabs guide the listener through a dreamy, ever-evolving environment. Cascading arpeggios and sweeping pads elevate the track, crafting a rich and expansive atmosphere.
