When accessing 320.fm, the web server processes technically necessary connection data. These may in particular include IP address, time of access, requested URL, amount of data transferred, referrer as well as browser and operating system information.

The processing is carried out to provide the website securely and stably, for error analysis and to defend against abusive access. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure technical operation of the service.

When you start the 320-FM-Livestream, a connection to the streaming system is established. Technically necessary connection data are collected in the process, in particular IP address, time, requested stream and technical client information.

These data are required to deliver the stream, monitor technical quality and determine aggregated reach metrics.

320 FM uses its own consent system. Technically necessary storage is used for secure operation, language settings, player functions and your privacy choice. Optional categories are only activated after your explicit selection.

Functional includes external media such as SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify or Vimeo. Statistics activates our own reach measurement on 320.fm. Marketing is intended for optional marketing or social media services and is only used after the appropriate consent.

Your selection is stored locally in the browser. Additionally, we log the chosen categories, the consent version and the time of the decision with a random Receipt-ID. IP address and browser fingerprint are not stored in the consent log.

You can change or revoke your selection at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer.

320 FM uses its own server-side audience measurement to evaluate page views and the use of the service in aggregated form. In doing so, technical information such as the requested page, time, referrer, device category and a coarse country allocation derived from the connection may be processed.

The audience measurement is only activated after your consent to the category Statistics. The analysis serves the technical and editorial optimization of 320.fm. It is not used to transmit personal user profiles to advertising networks.

320.fm can be installed as a Progressive Web App. For features such as display, player status and settings, information can be stored locally in the browser or on your device. These data remain on your device by default, unless they are transmitted to the server for an explicitly used online function.

If you want to remove a connection to 320 FM set up via Meta/Facebook, you can first revoke the permission in your Facebook/Meta account under connected apps and business integrations.

In addition, you can request deletion of the connection data stored by 320 FM in connection with this authorization by email to luckmann@320.fm. Please state the affected Facebook page or the name of the connection. After verification of the authorization, the associated stored access credentials and linking information will be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

Subject to legal requirements, you have, in particular, the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

We update this privacy policy when features, technical processes, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
