Chris Stussy changes alias to CHRIS STASSY with new release announcement

‘U know me’ featuring  Marz Fay will be out on August 28th.

Niels Christian Steenbergen, formerly known as Chris Stussy, has adopted a new artist name, CHRIS STASSY.

The Amsterdam-based DJ and producer announced the change via an Instagram post on August 18th, 2026. His label Up The Stuss and event series USS will not change their names.

STASSY  also announced a new release under his new moniker entitled   ‘U know me’ featuring  Marz Fay, to be out on August 28th, 2026.

“New name, same me. The music, the energy, the connection with the people in the room – none of that changes. Over the past 16 years, this has grown into so much more than a name. It’s the shows, the music, and most importantly, the community that has grown around it. That’s what I’m most grateful for, and that’s all still here. The first track under my new name says it all: ‘U know me’. And what better way to start this new chapter than with N.A.M.E. – two free parties for the people who have been part of the journey. See you in Amsterdam and Birmingham,” the artist commented.
