HAAi has released her new album, ‘DIGITiSE’, via Mute. The project follows 2025’s ‘HUMANiSE’ and expands its exploration of human connection in an increasingly digital world, this time with a stronger focus on club music and collective experiences.
The London-based, Australian-born producer describes the new record as the previous album’s “bigger, ravey sibling”, explaining that “DIGITiSE holds the hand of HUMANiSE and walks it to the club”.
The album brings together new collaborators, including Echonomist, Skybreak, and Colombian children’s choir Cantoalegre, alongside returning contributors Pat Alvarez, ILA, James Massiah, and Kaiden Ford.
One of its central collaborations is ‘Talking Walls’, produced with Skybreak and featuring Cantoalegre. The track combines the producers’ electronic influences with choral arrangements, continuing an element previously explored on ‘HUMANiSE’.
Speaking about the collaboration, HAAi explained how her connection to Medellín led to the recording with the choir.
“I’ve had the fortune of playing in Colombia, and more specifically Medellín, many times. It’s a place I hold very dear to my heart. I was there in January to play a festival and felt the urge to reach out about working with a local kids’ choir.”
The producer also reflected on how working with younger voices changed her relationship with the material.
Across its ten tracks, ‘DIGITiSE’ develops ideas introduced on its predecessor. The album’s opening track, ‘RE-HUMANiSE’, continues directly from the choral ending of ‘HUMANiSE’, establishing a connection between the two releases.
The record was also shaped by HAAi’s DJ performances. By incorporating new material into her sets, she was able to assess audience reactions and adjust arrangements, grooves, and breakdowns throughout the production process.
To accompany the release, HAAi has scheduled an all-night performance at EartH in London on October 31st, featuring production and set design by Playbody. She will also play a ten-hour session at Refuge in New York on October 18th.
Further dates include appearances at Amsterdam Dance Event, The Warehouse Project, and Time Warp, followed by an Australian tour with The Avalanches in March 2027.
