With musical sensitivity and a great love for Techno, the likeable Thuringian has been serving driving basslines in clubs and on festival stages across the nation since 2012. In institutions such as the legendary Butan Wuppertal, Lehmann Stuttgart, Rakete Nürnberg or in the Berlin club scene, she is no longer an unfamiliar face. On festival stages like the Sonne Mond Sterne Festival, Sputnik Springbreak, the Container Love Festival or on trucks during the “Zug der Liebe” Berlin, Vanessa has confidently built an impressive fanbase. Multiple gigs in Switzerland, France, Belgium and at the Amsterdam Dance Event in the Netherlands also clearly show where her journey is headed. She has already played alongside the biggest names in the industry: Ellen Allien, Felix Kröcher, Monika Kruse, Dr. Motte, Sam Paganini, Gayle San, Pascal Feos, Torsten Kanzler, Frank Lorber, Fatima Hajji – to name just a few. Vanessa tours weekly through the hot spots of the techno world and wins over the rough business with her unique amiability. It is an unusual combination of her personality and explosive sound. With over 80 shows last year, the likeable bundle of energy established herself as the new princess of the technoid subculture. With a steadily growing community behind her, she thus combines the best prerequisites as an up-and-coming artist of the techno scene. Between countless club & festival gigs throughout Germany, the smart lady occasionally releases dark Beatport Top Ten singles on labels such as ReWasted, I Ushuaia Music, Insectum Records (5 weeks at #1) and her own imprint Equivalent Berlin. Besides the constant search for new, ever better tracks, she places high demands on her sets. A multi-layered track selection, careful arrangement and a pinch of female intuition – as well as a fondness for incorporating the occasional Techno classic – are trademarks of her sets and give them a soul.
