ColliderScopeCollective (CSC), the Copenhagen-based music publishing and management company founded by Simon Dilling, has introduced clinical psychology into its artist development program, working with psychologist Simon Gents of Stem Sindet.

Following three workshops focused on communication, trust, and professional relationships, the initiative will be integrated into the company’s ongoing operations. The program begins with its Copenhagen roster before expanding to producers based in Los Angeles.

“Growth for us starts with strong relations, and that’s the part we take seriously,” says Dilling. “Our writers and producers work both ways across the Atlantic, and the thing that makes that hold is not the contracts. It’s whether people can say the true thing to each other about a song, a mix or a plan.”

The initiative will continue through 2027, with Dilling and Gents also exploring opportunities to share their approach through public talks.
