Marco Bailey has released his new studio album, ‘Impatient Heart’, through his label Materia. The record is out now in vinyl and digital formats.

Developed over two years between touring and studio sessions, the LP explores the relationship between club-oriented techno and more reflective electronic compositions. Driving rhythms, hypnotic grooves, and atmospheric textures form the basis of a project conceived as a complete listening experience.

Rather than assembling a collection of standalone dancefloor tracks, Bailey approached the album as a connected body of work, with individual pieces contributing to a broader narrative.

“I never wanted to make an album that simply collects club tracks,” says Bailey. “I wanted every piece to tell part of a bigger story. This album reflects where I am today, not only as a producer and DJ, but as a person.”

The record reflects an evolving creative approach developed across more than three decades in electronic music. Its combination of rhythmic intensity and cinematic elements also extends the musical direction Bailey has pursued through his productions and performances.

The album arrives alongside his ongoing work with Materia, international DJ appearances, and collaborations.
